3. Losing Your Self-identity

Being in a relationship is great but don't forget about yourself. Make sure you are still you! It's important to have your own hobbies and your own friends. Thinking that you are not complete without the presence of somebody else is not healthy. Remember, you are yours before you ever anybody else's. It's okay to love someone, just don't lose yourself in the process.

Also, thinking you're not good enough for them. The problem when we have been heartbroken is that we don't know how to trust that significant other and we lose value within ourselves. We go into relationships trying to find fulfillment but we need to find that within us.

I'm guilty of #1! :(
Criticizing him when I'm stressed is a bad habit of mine. When I'm stressed out, overt thing seems like a big deal. Trying to control the other person is never a long-term or healthy solution.
I second your thoughts. The most scariest one is lost of identity. If the relationship didn't work out, you will hit rock bottom. Then the issues of lost of confidence, self esteem and self worth.
