2. Stuffy Nose

I know it sounds strange, but it's actually true. Bad relationships often make women feel depressed. Depression can lead to a weakened immune system. This makes you more susceptible to allergies, sinus infections, colds and the flu. If you find yourself getting sick more often or just have a chronic stuffy nose, the problem might be the relationship. Of course, check with your doctor too for any underlying issues.

It's hard to admit, but I have all the symptoms right now! But I also have a two month baby that doesn't let me sleep hehe

I love Snowlion's comment about how this can be transferred to all types of relationships. Sometimes it takes these physical signs to show you the toll of a relationship emotionally. Wish I would have known this in my toxic relationship, which you can read all about on my blog http://icouldneverloveyou.blogspot.ca/
I couldn't agree more with this article. It's amazing how the body has a way of letting us know when something is wrong.

I agree with Ellie, I've been extremely happy and completely loved up throughout the past year and a half - that's down to the amazing guy I'm with :) I think I'm just a stressy person ;)
Great article. Toxic relationships can take a toll on the body, whether they be work, partner or family relationships. I'm now very careful about who I allow into my life and what I will tolerate, and it has made a world of difference in my health.
These DEFINTELY aren't true I have almost all of them and I'm in a very happy relationship, these are more likely symptoms of stress in general
