2. Stop Wallowing

It's okay to feel sad, to cry, to be upset about the ending of a relationship, but you cannot wallow in it. Don't allow yourself the luxury of thinking you have all this time to feel bad for yourself and about your breakup. Make yourself get up and do things; do whatever you can to have fun, even if you have to fake it at first. The longer you remain in bed, crying over what was, the easier it will be to keep doing it.
