1. Your Ex
This is one of the main causes of staying single and one of the biggest mistakes that will keep you single. How can you move into a new relationship when you still have a strong affection towards your ex? Some relationships don’t work and that’s okay. Learn to move on because your heart is waiting for the right person.
2. Comparison
Do you think that your ex boyfriend is ideal and someone to compare other guys with? This is not a competition. Your ex might have been fantastic for a while, but you broke up for a reason. He didn’t choose to stay with you. He is not the ideal and he doesn’t deserve to be compared with.
3. You Talk Negative
Do you know negative people attract negative energy? No one wants to talk with someone who is pessimistic and doesn’t have a purpose in life, and even worse, who blames everyone and everything. People approach people who make them laugh, enjoy and cherish their time. Being negative won’t help.
4. You’re Isolated
Staying home in your comfort zone is definitely lowering the possibility of meeting new people. Instead, go outdoors and do something new.
If you're looking to engage your partner in intriguing conversations, why not try some hypothetical questions for couples? These fun queries will not only keep the conversation lively but also stimulate deep thoughts and potentially reveal insights about each other's personality and thought processes.
5. Friend’s Intervention
Sometimes friends aren't good listeners and they don't know the whole story. Trust yourself because resorting to your friends experiences won’t help you make a decision.
