1 Physical Attraction
The first of the stages of falling in love is physical attraction. We all know this feeling. It’s that almost instant feeling of yearning for a person based solely on the fact that you are attracted to the way he looks. It’s the basest desire that a human can experience, but it’s definitely one that shouldn’t be ignored!
The act of actually liking and befriending someone is an important one on the way to falling in love. After all, you are not going to want to spend the rest of your life with a person if you cannot even bring yourself to have real feelings of friendship toward him.
3 The Connection
The connection is a distinct feeling that occurs when you absolutely know that a friendship with somebody has turned into something much more serious and emotional. There is no quick switch that is turned on, but it’s definitely something that you come to realise over the course of a budding romance.

First dates really can make or break a potential relationship. There is nothing better than finding that you have instantly clicked with a person, and a first date is the ultimate compatibility test. If it goes brilliantly, then you know you are in for something great!

And the natural progression of the last point is to start doing absolutely everything together. You know you have fallen hook, line and sinker when you realise that you can no longer do all those little things that you used to do alone without the presence of your new boo.

You know you are in it for the long haul when you are spending equal amounts of time with his family as you are with your own. All of the classics - Sunday night dinner, Wednesday game night, getting invited to family functions… they all mean something deep!
8 You Become More Open
A key sign that someone is falling in love is when they find themselves being surprisingly open with their new partner very early on in the relationship. You brain might not have made the connection quite yet, but your heart is certainly pouring itself out, and when it comes to romance, the heart always wins!
