1. Be Confident

If you see him at the mall, you shouldn't run and hide, or put your head down and hope that he walks past you. Stand tall, smile, and act as confident as you can. Even if you feel miserable, you have to be an actress for the day by pretending that life is going well. Acting confident around him is one of the best ways to make him regret breaking up with you, because it shows that you didn't need him in your life to be happy with yourself. It makes you appear strong and independent.

  • Well, sometimes they realize the grass isn’t greener on the other side. They might miss the comfort, support, or emotional connection they had with you. It’s like an 'aha' moment!

  • Honestly, just being your fabulous self. When you focus on self-care, happiness, and growth, you become even more attractive. He'll start wondering why he ever let you go!

  • Totally normal! Everyone wants to feel valued and missed. But remember, it's more important to work on your own happiness than to dwell on making someone else regret their choices.

  • For sure! When he sees that you're living your best life without him, he might start questioning his decision. It's all about showing that you are just fine and thriving.

  • It's okay to have mixed feelings. Spend time understanding what you really want. Surround yourself with supportive friends and dive into activities that make you happy. Remember, self-love is key!

2. Post Pictures

Social media was made for people to brag. If you're friends with him on Facebook or follow him on Tumblr, you shouldn't blatantly message him telling him how happy you are. You should post pictures of you looking your best. When he runs across your new photos, he'll see what he's missing.

3. Don't Act Bitter

The worst thing you can do is start fights with him about your relationship. You're broken up now, so there's no reason to bring up old issues. If you keep dwelling on the bad times, he'll keep thinking about them. If you have to talk to him about your memories, bring up the good times that'll make him miss you.

4. Make a Change

You know the cliché about girls always getting haircuts after a breakup? Well, it can actually be helpful. That doesn't mean that you should change yourself in order to impress your ex. But if you're in the mood for a change in your appearance in order to make yourself happier, go for it. Strutting your new look in front of your ex is just a bonus.

Making a physical change isn't limited to the realm of haircuts. Consider revamping your wardrobe with pieces that make you feel absolutely fabulous, or step up your fitness routine to boost your health and confidence. Self-improvement is incredibly attractive, and it's about feeling good in your own skin. Maybe it's learning a new skill or taking up a hobby that's always intrigued you. When you invest in yourself, it shows—and while your primary goal is your own happiness, the glow of self-love is impossible to ignore.

These fun queries will not only keep the conversation lively but also stimulate deep thoughts and potentially reveal insights about each other's personality and thought processes.

5. Talk to Others

You shouldn't flirt with your ex's friends in front of him to make him jealous. But whenever you're talking to someone else, smile and have a good time. Let him see that you could have any guy you'd like. You're an amazing girl, and he lost out on having you.

6. Dress Well

Like it or not, men are visual creatures. If you know you're going to see him, make sure you're dressed your best. Don't go crazy by wearing something inappropriate, but show off your best features. When other men swarm around you, your ex will realize what he's missing.

7. Be Happy

Being happy is the greatest way to get your ex to regret breaking up with you. If you're a fun person who treats others well, then why wouldn't he want to be in a relationship with you? The more you enjoy life, the more jealous he'll be--but most importantly, you'll be happy.

You don't need your ex in order to feel fulfilled. Of course, it's satisfying to know that he regrets leaving you. Have you ever gotten broken up with?

Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

This is a HORRIBLE list. This is teaching people to play games. If someone breaks up with you, do the grown-up thing and move on! Find someone that will love you for you!

Why? Are u suggesting women do this? To get a person back that chose to break up with us? Why?

What's horrible about it? I agree with everything except the part about how you should just talk about the good times if you have to talk to him because that will make him miss you. That's the last thing you want to do! I'm telling you from experience ladies, if u want a guy to regret breaking up with you this list is the way to go. It's not about wanting him back, it's about showing him your just as great without him. And don't talk to him, your too busy being fabulous

This is a thing that a girl or woman would if they still have some feelings for that person but you that person then you should just move on

Had a huge eye opener today.. With this guy he buys me whatever I want an thinks that shows he loves me, he says things an then takes it all back when it's something he wants to do an then we break up, I feel this should be the day I leave but I've never felt this way before. We have been together for 2 years an I can honestly say I love someone for the first time, we've talked about getting married out future but he's just not all here anymore it feels like.. I could go right into it but I just need someone to talk to? I'm in Enhland an I'm originally from Canada so all I have here is..him.

i agree. on the side note, never beg someone back who already left you, why would you wanna be with someone who doesn't wanna be with you?

I kind of agree with the list.. But more in a sense of helping you move on rather than making your ex mad. You should be happy, have fun, post pictures, be civil with him and not bitter. It's better for both of you. If he really cares about you he will be happy that you're happy. If he gets upset, then you deserved better in the first place

Like Rtedrow, I can agree with aspects of the list as a way to help you get over him. It is important to put yourself first and the break up gives you that fresh start! I do think that you should rise above him and any rebound girl he gets, but that you should make an effort with your appearance :) Focus on making yourself the best you can be, for yourself - if you get male (or female) attention then cool, if not then you'll just be happy :)

This list is horrible. Why waste time trying to make an ex suffer? Not what a smart woman would do.

I wanna make him suffer
