1. You Weren't Yourself
If you had to change your personality or dye your hair to make him happy, then he's not the right one for you. Your partner should like you for who you are, flaws and all. One of the signs you deserve someone better than your ex is that your ex never appreciated the real you. If you're going to spend your life with someone, you can't pretend to be someone you're not.
2. You Felt Embarrassed

You can't stay in a relationship that makes you unhappy. You should be excited to see your partner and thrilled to shower them with hugs and kisses. If your heart didn't flutter whenever you saw them, then you deserve to find someone that elicits that feeling.
7. He Didn't Want to Be with You
If he broke up with you, that means that he didn't realize just how amazing you are. The right guy for you will fight to be with you, no matter what. You deserve to be with someone who loves every little thing about you. Don't ever settle for someone that thinks he can do better, because he should consider you the very best.
