1. Don't Make It Awkward

The very first tip that I have for meeting an online boyfriend in real life is all about not making it awkward. If you've been talking for a while, why should the sparks change? Unless you've been catfished, it shouldn't be too awkward in the beginning and should be really quite smooth. My first meeting with my girlfriend wasn't awkward at all because the feelings were mutual and now we've been together for almost 7 years!

Meeting your online boyfriend in real life can be an exciting but nerve-wracking experience. It's important to remember that the person you've been talking to online is the same person you'll be meeting in real life. You may be feeling nervous, anxious, or excited, but it's important to remain calm and remember that you have nothing to be afraid of.

To ensure a successful meeting, it's important to follow a few tips. First, don't make it awkward. Even if you've only been talking for a short time, it's important to remember that the feelings you have for each other online are the same as they will be in person. If you've been catfished, it's important to stay calm and remember that it's not your fault.

Second, be open and honest. It's important to be open and honest with your online boyfriend about your feelings and expectations. Talk about your goals and dreams, and get to know each other better. Be honest with each other about any issues that may arise during the meeting.

2. Remember Your Conversations

While it might be a little weird to be talking in person, you always want to remember any of the conversations that you've had with your boyfriend when you meet him in real life. That way, things won't be so weird and won't be so awkward (try to keep the awkwardness to a minimum!). You've known this person for a while, you should be able to talk to them about things you've talked about on the phone or internet.

Meeting your online boyfriend in real life for the first time can be a daunting experience. After all, you’ve only ever interacted with him through a computer or phone screen, so it’s natural to feel a little nervous. But with the right preparation, you can make the experience more enjoyable and memorable.

Before meeting up, it’s important to make sure that you’re both on the same page about what to expect from the meeting. Set expectations and boundaries beforehand so that you both know what’s expected from the meeting. For example, you might decide to meet in a public place, or agree to limit physical contact.

Once you’ve set expectations, it’s also important to remember your conversations. Before you meet, take some time to review any conversations that you’ve had with your boyfriend. Doing this will help you feel more comfortable and confident when you meet up.

When you do meet up, it’s important to be yourself. Don’t try to be someone you’re not just to impress your online boyfriend. Instead, be open and honest about who you are, and make sure that you’re both comfortable.

3. Don't Move Too Fast

Just because you've been texting or talking on the phone back and forth doesn't mean that you want to immediately jump into sex or even making out. It took me a while before I even held onto my partner's hand when we finally met, so just take it slow. You don't have to jump into anything because you've had conversations about it.

Don’t be too quick to jump into physical contact with your partner. Even if you’ve been talking about it, it is important to take it slow. A good rule of thumb when you are meeting your online boyfriend in real life for the first time is to treat it like it is your first date. After all, it kind of is, right? I met my boyfriend online and now we are engaged :)

I meant month not monyh

My boyfriend and I met in person a year after we first started talking on YouTube. :) I drove about 750 miles (Chicago to Washington D.C.) to see him and it was so worth it! We've been together for about 2.5 years now and we are so in love! We were both very nervous during our first date, but we quickly warmed up to each other and we could just tell that we really had something special. The chemistry between us was just so strong! He and I don't get to see each other very often (maybe every 2-4 months), but we're both convinced that we are soulmates (neither of us believed in that notion before). :)

I'm glad to see the good amount of ppl who have online/long distance relationships. I always feel like i'm the only one sometimes lol. I began talking to my boyfriend 2 years, 3 in February and gosh how much I wish I could meet him but i'm in California and he's in Texas, and neither of us has been able to save up the money for a flight to see each other thanks to daily life being a bitch. I hope we meet soon though, i'm tired of hearing the ppl around me talk shit about my love life because we haven't met, and I just really want to be with him in person because its all I ever think about, especially since he's the reason I even bother waking up each day for. :)

what do you guys think?
