Not Afraid of Change

When I was 18 going on 19, I dated a 16 year old. He was mature for his age however, I had to accept that we weren't on the same page in life and that it just couldn't work out (at the moment). I was in college and had to focus on establishing myself. We lasted about 6 months and I genuinely loved him but I had to consider the long run. Now, 8 years later, I'm still on a different page but he's grown up and if there was opportunity to date him, I think I would.
I don't care what is socially " acceptable " I care about my happiness society doesn't pay my bills , take care of daughter so anyone's opinion besides his and mine doesn't factor into our happiness.
My hubby is 8 1/2 years younger than me I agree with all of these except #2 there's mutual respect in our relationship I'm not in control of him and wouldn't want to be .
When u lov someone doesnt realy matter how old, young or not u just lov them
